About Razorpay Internship Drive:

Razorpay is building the future of digital banking and payments for businesses in India. With billions of dollars processed through their platform, Razorpay offers comprehensive payment solutions, business banking, and capital availability for businesses. Razorpay is now hiring a Partnerships Analytics Intern to join their central analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing data and generating insights that will directly influence business growth.

Job Responsibilities for Razorpay Internship Drive:

• Data Analysis: Work with large, complex datasets to solve open-ended, high-impact business problems using data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning, and experimentation techniques.
• Business Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of the business and product, and conduct in-depth analysis to derive insights and formulate business hypotheses.
• Insight Generation: Generate business insights and develop strategic recommendations based on data analysis to impact decision-making.
• Automation: Expedite root cause analysis and insight generation through automation/self-serve platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business and data engineering teams to improve data accuracy and maintain high-quality data instrumentation.
• Dashboard Creation: Define key business and product metrics, and create automated self-serve dashboards for stakeholders using tools like Tableau, Qlikview, and Looker.

Mandatory Qualifications for Razorpay Internship Drive:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related quantitative fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in analytics and data science.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques like Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), Cohort Analysis, Funnel Analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, significance testing, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, and statistical learning.
