Job Description Details:

Job Purpose:

This role requires a deep understanding of the Order to Cash process, with a focus on customer service. You will manage activities such as collections, timely customer contact, and financial assessments, while ensuring compliance with internal processes and delivering top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers proactively to resolve aged receivables and ensure timely collections.
• Resolve customer inquiries by understanding their needs and market.
• Assess appropriate credit lines for customers by analyzing financial data with the Risk Team.
• Report regularly on all files, including Age Analysis, daily contact outcomes, and productivity metrics.
• Coordinate with the Legal team on payment plans, pre-bankruptcy, and post-non-payment proposals.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to special projects.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Meet individual SLAs and deliver timely reporting on all tasks.

Key Competencies:

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduate, preferably in Business Commerce
  • Relevant work experience in Order to Cash
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • AR domain understanding (not required for fresher)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) in the AR module
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
