About the Role:
As part of mthree’s Graduate Recruitment Program, you will receive paid training and work with clients in industries ranging from healthcare to finance. Upon completion of the training, you’ll join a global team designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable applications and custom-built technology solutions. You’ll also help support systems such as algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, and maintain off-the-shelf applications or custom-built technology solutions.
- Work with a global team on supporting systems, including algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure the scalability and stability of applications.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related STEM field.
- Academic aggregate of 60% or higher with no standing arrears.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C, C++, or other languages.
- Experience in competitive coding (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles (data structures, OOP, design patterns, multithreading).
- Knowledge of the formal software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix.
- Understanding of test-driven development.
