Internship Description Details:

Role: IT Recruiter

As an HR Intern at AQM Technologies, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process and optimizing HR operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source resumes from various job portals and screen applications.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Post and update job ads on job boards, career pages, and social networks.
• Prepare HR-related reports and manage HR processes within the organization.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for recruitment and HR-related activities.
• Ensure smooth communication with potential candidates and internal teams.

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates available for a full-time (in-office) internship.
• Able to start the internship between 12th Dec 2024 and 16th Jan 2025.
• Available for the entire 3-month duration.
• Possess relevant skills and interests in HR and recruitment.
