About the Role:

The Customer Service Voice role involves handling customer queries through calls, offering solutions, and ensuring a smooth experience for the customer. You will assist with process improvements in the CRM team and improve customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve customer queries via calls.
  • Assist with process improvements in consultation with the Team Lead.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Suggest ways to enhance customer service and promote products.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, courteous attitude.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services for accurate responses.
  • Think creatively to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Fresher or 0-3 years of experience.
  • Ability to handle night shifts.
  • Comfortable with the Work from Office role.
  • Undergraduate freshers are not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
