About the Role:
HSBC is seeking an experienced Regulatory Risk Data Analyst to join their Finance team. You will support test execution, manage regulatory and compliance matters, and monitor the performance of change management activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Support test execution and exit: Ensure smooth test processes and proper execution.
- Understand data models: Gain expertise in flow and end-to-end solution processes.
- Analyze operating models: Evaluate current models against target models to assess change impacts.
- Change Management: Work with Change & Implementation teams to develop a change portfolio and monitor progress.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance measures for change management success.

- Testing & Reporting: Utilize tools like Quality Centre for defect management and report test outcomes.

- Advanced skills in Access and Excel for investigations and outputs.
- Exposure to Python and PowerBuilder is a plus.

- Experience in using test tools like Quality Centre and defect management.
- ETL knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to define test strategies and manage test phases effectively.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
