Career Path:
This is a career development program where fresh graduates get to learn about the SaaS industry and communicate with international clients in a professional environment. During this paid internship, you’ll start by interacting with clients via chat and video calls. As you progress, you’ll be mentored to determine your ideal career path and have the opportunity to transition into one of the following departments:
- Solutions/Professional Services: Engage directly with customers, solve problems, create reports, and channel insights to the product management team.
- Account Management: Handle client onboarding, engage with industry leaders, and tailor customer accounts to meet business needs.

- Learn the Recruit CRM platform and understand the recruitment business.
- Handle client queries via chat, email, and video calls.
- Understand and communicate customer needs to the team.
- Solve user challenges and provide solutions.
- Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
- Build and nurture client relationships.
- Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.
Training:
Structured onboarding with a 7.5-month internship and training program. Upon successful completion and graduation, transition to a full-time role based on your performance and business needs.
Who Should Apply?
- Fresh graduates/post-graduates of 2024/2025 in fields like B.Com, BA, BBA, M.Com, MA, MBA, or similar.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, empathy, and analytical skills.
Compensation, Benefits, and Work Timing:
- Training Stipend (7.5 months): ₹12,000/month for 42.5 hours per week (8.5 hours a day).
- Post-Training (Full-Time) Salary: ₹500,000 p.a. base salary + ₹100,000 quarterly performance pay.
- Extra Allowance for US Shifts: 20-50% of the base pay.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Health insurance, paid leaves, and more.
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Linked Performance Bonus: Up to 100% of base salary after one year of employment.
After the initial 7.5 months of training, you will be placed in one of the following core shifts (based on availability):
- Europe Shift: Noon-10 pm, Monday-Friday
- Asia Pacific Shift: 6 am-4 pm, Monday-Friday
- Half North America Shift: 4 pm-2 am, Monday-Friday
- Full North America Shift: 8 pm-6 am, Monday-Friday
- Middle East Shift: 10 am-8 pm, Sunday-Thursday
Selection Process:
The selection process is virtual and includes multiple rounds such as an online test (MCQs), assignments, and virtual interviews.
