About the Role:
As a Business Intelligence Intern at Aspire, you’ll develop scalable BI solutions, build dashboards, and analyze data to drive impactful decisions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visual data insights and ensure consistent performance metrics across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Translate business requirements into technical BI specifications.
- Design, build, and deploy BI solutions using tools like Tableau.
- Optimize data query processes to automate reports.
- Support business performance evaluations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of metrics and definitions across teams.
- Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and insights-driven action plans.
Essential Skills Required:
