About the Role:

As a Business Intelligence Intern at Aspire, you’ll develop scalable BI solutions, build dashboards, and analyze data to drive impactful decisions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visual data insights and ensure consistent performance metrics across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Translate business requirements into technical BI specifications.
• Design, build, and deploy BI solutions using tools like Tableau.
• Optimize data query processes to automate reports.
• Support business performance evaluations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of metrics and definitions across teams.
• Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and insights-driven action plans.

Essential Skills Required:

• Mandatory knowledge of SQL to create data warehouse scripts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and creating complex reports.
• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau preferred).
• Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Python and statistical libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, matplotlib).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
