Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit:
- Senior Data Analyst: Must be under 40 years as of the closing date.
- Junior Data Analyst: Must be under 35 years as of the closing date.
Educational Qualifications:
For both posts, candidates must have one of the following qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate in fields like Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Communications, or
- MBA/PGDM or MSc in Mathematics/Statistics/IT or equivalent from a recognized university.
Experience:
- Senior Data Analyst: Minimum 8 years of experience in BFSI as a Data Analyst.
- Junior Data Analyst: Minimum 3 years of experience in BFSI as a Data Analyst.
Candidates with hands-on experience in Data Analytics tools like Excel, Python, R, SPSS, Power BI are preferred. Additionally, certifications in FRM, PRM, or CFA are a plus.
Tenure:
The engagement will initially be for 3 years, extendable for up to 2 additional years at the discretion of the bank.
Selection Process:
The selection will involve shortlisting and a personal interview. Candidates will be ranked based on interview performance, and in case of a tie, age will be the deciding factor.
Place of Posting:
The selected candidates will be posted in Mumbai.
Remuneration:
The salary will be market-linked with annual increments based on performance.
